Fruity extra virgin olive oil has arrived relatively
late in the range of our oils as it is born precisely
to satisfy the requests of some loyal customers, to the
search for an oil with a more vigorous taste. It is obtained
from the pressing of olives with a sweet and delicate variety, with
the clever addition of a variety called Coratina di
Puglia (about 30%) with a more intense flavor. A tasty oil
reminiscent of the artichoke and is perfect to combine with dishes from
strong flavor, excellent for summer salads and with the typical pasta
“garlic, oil and hot pepper”.
