This gem of the company’s production is obtained from the
pressing of a single type of olives: the “Peranzana or
Provenzale di Puglia”. The Monocultivar Peranzana has like
main characteristic is a fruity scent, with hints
scents. In the mouth it is light and balanced,
slightly bitter and spicy, with numerous aromas
of tomato, apple and green banana, artichoke and fresh grass. Its
sophisticated taste makes it suitable for grilled fish,
risottos and fresh cheeses.
