This gem of the company’s production is obtained from the
pressing of a single type of olives: the “Gentile di Chieti”.
The Monocultivar Gentile has as its main characteristic a
intense perfume but very sweet and delicate, as it is born
from a particularly pleasant and harmonious olive. In the mouth
it is soft and complex with balsamic, fresh and
a sweet almond fragrance that offer sensations
particular even to the most demanding palate. Its taste like that
sophisticated makes it suitable for all dishes of the great
gastronomy and for weaning.
